Paramount Animation has set the third “SpongeBob Squarepants” movie for 2019 and delayed its “Monster Trucks” film until 2017.
The studio announced that its animated “The Little Prince” will open on March 18, filling the vacancy left by moving back “Monster Trucks.” “Prince,” based on the iconic children’s story by Antoine de Saint-Exupery, is directed by “Kung Fu Panda” helmer Mark Osborne and stars the voices of Mackenzie Foy, Jeff Bridges, Riley Osborne, Marion Cotillard, James Franco, Paul Rudd, Benicio del Toro, Paul Giamatti, Ricky Gervais, Albert Brooks and Bud Cort.
“Monster Trucks” will open Jan. 13, 2017. The film is a hybrid of live action and CGI animation directed by Chris Wedge. The cast includes Jane Levy, Lucas Till, Tom Lennon, Barry Pepper, Amy Ryan, Danny Glover, Holt McCallany and Frank Whaley.
“SpongeBob Squarepants 3” will open Feb. 8, 2019. Director Paul Tibbitt will return with the voices of Tom Kenny, Clancy Brown, Rodger Bumpass, Bill Fagerbakke, Carolyn Lawrence and Mr. Lawrence. The last “SpongeBob” pic, this year’s “Sponge Out of Water,” grossed $315 million worldwide.
“Amusement Park” will open March 22, 2019, with Dylan Brown directing. He was supervising animator on “Finding Nemo” and directing animator on “Toy Story.” The film stars the voices Matthew Broderick, Jennifer Garner, Jeffrey Tambor, Kenan Thompson, Ken Jeong, Mila Kunis and John Oliver.

(CNN)It's been hinted at and talked around, but mostly it was an open secret: Waylon Smithers Jr. is gay.
The sexual orientation of Smithers, loyal assistant to curmudgeonly billionaire Montgomery Burns, is no surprise to avid watchers of "The Simpsons." Now he will finally come out to his boss and, officially, to viewers in the show's 27th season.
Smithers' sexuality will be revealed over a two-episode arc, executive producer Al Jean told TV Line.
"In Springfield now, most people know he's gay, but obviously Burns doesn't," Jean said. "We deal with that in two episodes. ... We actually do a lot with Smithers this year; he gets fed up with Burns not appreciating him and considers his options."
The show has dropped hints about Smithers' sexuality: He hangs out in the gay part of town and has vacationed at an all-male resort, according to the Simpsons Wiki, which also outlines an implied romantic relationship between Smithers and a male shop owner.
Smithers' defining characteristic, however, is his utter infatuation with Mr. Burns, as depicted in elaborate fantasy sequences. In an episode in which residents of Springfield are facing the end of the world, Smithers even kisses Burns, though it's explained away when the Earth keeps spinning.
His devotion to Burns has in the past earned him the designation of "Burns-sexual" among "Simpsons" writers, but Smithers will get the chance to tell the world who he really is when the episodes air in March.
Despicable me is the sequel to one of the most famous animated films this century .Gru, his girls and his vast army of minions return in Despicable Me 2, the follow-up to the blockbuster 3D CGI feature that grossed more than $540 million at the worldwide box office and became the tenth biggest animated film in domestic history. Chris Meledandri and his acclaimed filmmaking team at Illumination Entertainment create an all-new animated adventure with the all-star voice cast returning to tell the next chapter in the life of everyone's favorite (former?) super-villain.
a few months before the movie released in theaters illumination entertainment decided to sponsor it by making a huge blimp fly all over the u.s
in the u.k they had another version of this one but it was a hot air balloon
when i went to go see this film it was a lot cooler than the first one. if you like the cuteness and action then you will like the first one better, but if you like a lot of action and romance then you will definetely like this one.plus they also have a line of special toys
they even have a line of toys at mcdonalds
the girls in the film are spectacular. Agnes aged a little in the film, edith also, but margo is going through a phase where she is starting to like boys. the boy she likes is antonio
antonio is the son of the mexican salsa y salsa restaraunt owner, eduardo
gru thinks that this guy is a former villain named el macho
el macho was claimed one the most machoest villains alive until he "claimed" that he died 20 years back
the minions have a astonoshing role in this film
they also have a new kind of minion in this film and that is called the evil minions
the evil minions are indistructable minions that are also mindless so they just attack. In winter 2014 the minions will get a special spin off film that will tell how they were created and will also have a special storyline to it.
